Aviva Discovery Hub is an exclusive online community for Aviva Workplace Pension members willing to share their views, opinions and experiences on pensions, planning for retirement and finances in general.
The community provides a forum for Aviva to conduct research through surveys, discussions or other interactive activities. Your opinions are extremely important and help shape your future experience as a workplace pension member. You can expect to take part in research activities on a variety of topics related to pensions and your retirement plans.

Aviva has engaged Toluna Limited to provide the Discovery Hub platform on its behalf. Toluna is a market research company and follows the market research standards of the Market Research Society (https://www.mrs.org.uk/).
To join the Aviva Discovery Hub community, you must complete a registration survey. We’ll also ask you some demographic questions to help us classify your answers. Once you’ve completed this survey and verified your email address, you will be eligible to participate. You can find this registration survey on the "Join now" page of this website.

If you forget your password, go to the home page on this Website; click on the “Forgot your password?” link and enter your email address to request a new password.
For each survey, you’ll get an invitation by email to participate. The community research will be conducted online. All you need to do is click on the link or copy and paste the website address into your browser window. Then, simply follow the instructions on the screen to complete the survey. The survey link will also appear on the community website under the “My Surveys” page.
Not necessarily. We will do our best to identify studies that look like a match based on your profile and information we hold about you. The only way to know if you qualify will be to ask you up front in the survey. In cases where you do not fit the criteria, we will try to tell you quickly, so you don’t waste time completing any more of that survey.
On average, we’ll send you a survey invitation about 2 times per month. There will also be new quick polls posted to the site every week or two, as well as occasional new discussion forums for you to participate in.
You are welcome to take part in as many surveys and discussion forums as you like.
On average, our surveys take approximately 10-15 minutes. However, some can be as short as five minutes and others can be longer than 15 minutes. All surveys and activities are completely voluntary, and we let you know the approximate length of the survey in the invitation so you can plan accordingly. You can also stop and restart surveys from where you left off if you are in a hurry.
Yes, you can opt-out by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the website to cancel your membership. Alternatively, you can submit a request via the Contact Us form or send an email to discoveryhub@tolunainsights.com with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
As a member of the Aviva Discovery Hub community, you’ll earn points you can exchange for gift cards online after you have accumulated a minimum number of points. Our invitation for each survey or other activity will state the compensation.
Some of our activities allow you to earn a specified number of points. To redeem your points, simply select the "Redeem" button found on the "Rewards" page. You can also view your accumulated points online on the same page. Read our full Terms & Conditions.

At the start of some surveys we may screen participants to ensure you fit in to the category or group of people we are seeking answers from. This screening process will help ensure we can get the most accurate data and information directly related to our questions and may mean we will screen you out of a survey. An example of a possible screening category is employment status. If you are screened out of a survey it will mean you cannot participate in that survey and you will not receive any points for that activity.
You will only receive points for surveys you complete in full. If you are screened out of a survey because you do not meet certain criteria that the survey is targeting, you will not receive any points for that survey.
